We would like to welcome you to the World Shoseikan Gojuryu Karate-do Academy of Japan. Our first dojo (training hall) was established in India, Dubai over 20 years ago. Now with Seven Schools and several brunches we have constantly up dated our teaching and training techniques to bring you the best martial arts instruction available.
Shihan Bhasker one of the leading karate instructors and international title holder. He started martial art at the age of four with his Father, further he join Goju-Kai Karate-do in early 80’s with Renshi. R.V.T Mani and has advanced through the grades to 7th Dan Black Belt Japan.
He have taught in various government organizations like the police departments, Military, Parachute Regiment 1,9,10 Para Commandos, Special Police Guard for VIPs, Army Physical Training Center, All India Police including CRPF – ITBP- CISF – BSF, National Security Guards (Black Cat Commando) and various prestigious clubs as well as teaching Children in numerous schools, Civilians, Celebrities and Women.
He believe in the idea of incorporating Karate to Children at a tender age to instill in terms a sense of discipline, self-confidence, self-control and high morality as well as the benefits of self-defense and physical fitness.
He has been teaching Karate-do to children and adults 25 years, in Dubai past 15 years. The ages of children in our class range 4 to 15. The kids are from very varied background but since Karate is in Japanese, the language they speak is not an obstacle to learning the art.
